Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at HTX Material Handling. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for marketing, promoting, and profitably selling our premium lift trucks and related material handling equipment and services to existing and potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing solutions to drive business growth.
- Work closely with internal teams to implement and manage all sales aspects of new and used lift trucks, warehouse and allied products, and service and parts rental sales strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to grow all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Develop and maintain a sales forecast to help analyze market conditions and changes in the assigned territory for sales growth.
- Assist in developing sales materials, quote templates, and other tools to improve sales team efficiency.
- Attend product training classes to develop superior product knowledge to properly address customer application requirements.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or extensive related experience in a technical sales discipline.
- Previous work experience with sales in the material handling industry sector or technical sales with a documented track record of successes and accomplishments.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think outside the box to offer new ideas, concepts, and solutions.
