Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and support.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Use a customer-focused approach to educate clients about insurance options and provide recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
- Current Life, Health, and Property Casualty license or willingness to acquire one before accepting the offer.
- At least 5 years of industry experience, with a strong background in customer service and insurance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
