Overview:
The Staff Pad is a dynamic healthcare organization seeking a talented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Surgical Services team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for our patients.

Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Surgical Services Coordinator Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate surgical services and provide high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases of care for surgical patients.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines.

Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico or eligibility to obtain.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in surgical nursing or perioperative care.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
