As a key member of our SMB Sales Team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and exceeding monthly sales quota objectives. This role will involve supporting your team in acquiring accounts within multiple geographic territories, with opportunities to own a geographic territory in the future.
Key Responsibilities- Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking, under the supervision of a sales manager.
- Analyze customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services, tailoring customer recommendations to negotiate and close business.
- Negotiate and close deals, working with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.
- Participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings, devising creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
- Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting, utilizing all sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools.
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment.
