Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and uphold best practices for operational policies, procedures, and principles as defined by leadership, ensuring accountability among market personnel.
  2. Instill the "Every patient/ every time" quality best practice workflows into everyday behaviors.
  3. Act as the local quality subject matter expert, providing support to practices until issues are resolved.
  4. Engage with Managed Care Organization (MCO) payers as necessary.
  5. Oversee all quality improvement initiatives, regularly reporting status to key stakeholders and proactively addressing any concerns.
  6. Conduct weekly rounds with providers and key stakeholders to promote adherence to best practices and efficient workflows.
  7. Deliver continuous training, support, and coordination of quality care to practices.
  8. Perform audits of charts to identify workflow improvement opportunities by user.
  9. Process medical record requests from external offices to ensure continuity of care.
  10. Develop and implement best practice workflows for each MCO/ACO incentive program in which the organization participates.
  11. Monitor chart preparation and quality management tools for effective utilization, providing feedback and ensuring accountability among stakeholders.
  12. Leverage physician leadership to address resistant behaviors and foster buy-in.
  13. Provide refresher training on HCC/RAF/Suspect Conditions/CPT II and other coding-related education to providers and staff as required.
  14. At the request of leadership, organize and lead wellness events for the local market.
  15. Ensure timely completion of GPRO audits.
  16. Fulfill any additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
