Quality Manager Job Description

At Mountain View Regional Medical Center, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to oversee the implementation and management of our quality management and quality improvement programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our programs and services meet the highest standards of quality and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management and quality improvement programs
  • Oversee quality assurance and compliance functions
  • Monitor and update policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Lead and direct the work of others to achieve quality goals
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to foster a culture of quality and patient safety

Requirements:
