We are seeking a compassionate and reliable In-Home Support Specialist to provide non-medical care and companionship to seniors and adults in the comfort of their own homes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
- Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
- Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
