Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Performance Point. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of new residential construction homes to ensure they meet industry standards and are aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive inspections of new homes to verify that all systems and components are installed to industry standards.
  • Document any anomalies or issues found during inspections and report them to the superintendent.
  • Work with trade contractors to resolve any issues identified during inspections.
  • Assist the energy team with field and office work related to building and energy efficiency goals.
  • Supervise other contractors and provide on-site expertise as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Prior experience in construction, quality control, and manufacturing is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management and the team.
