New Home Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Performance Point. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of new residential construction homes to ensure they meet industry standards and are aesthetically pleasing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of new homes to verify that all systems and components are installed to industry standards.
- Document any anomalies or issues found during inspections and report them to the superintendent.
- Work with trade contractors to resolve any issues identified during inspections.
- Assist the energy team with field and office work related to building and energy efficiency goals.
- Supervise other contractors and provide on-site expertise as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Prior experience in construction, quality control, and manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management and the team.
