About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Corporate Associate Relationship Manager to join our team in the Great Lakes Division. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Relationship Managers in attracting, developing, and retaining client relationships within the Mid-Corporate segment.
  • Deepen and elevate relationship management skills by understanding client needs and priorities.
  • Participate in structuring, modifying, and renewing complex cash flow, real estate loans, and other industry-specific solutions.
  • Offer a full suite of Wells Fargo's solutions to meet multi-faceted client needs.
  • Independently lead or resolve complex initiatives and guide teams to meet deliverables.
  • Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to navigate Wells Fargo's processes and escalate client inquiries when needed.
  • Utilize and excel at relevant systems, dashboards, and platform tools to drive data-based decision-making and strategy.
  • Engage Business Development Representatives in sourcing new Commercial Banking clients.
  • Represent Wells Fargo in the marketplace through active in-person and social media engagement and visibility in the local business and non-profit community.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
  • High level of initiative and accountability.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
