Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Benefits Administrator to join our team at B&B Theatres. This role is responsible for the management and daily administration of various employee benefit programs, ensuring that employees have the necessary information to make informed decisions about their benefits.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of employee benefits and compensation, as well as excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer various employee benefits programs, including group health, 401(k), and paid time off.
  • Conduct benefits orientations and explain the benefits self-enrollment system.
  • Create and implement methods to help employees understand company benefits and other related incentive programs.
  • Verify the calculation of monthly premium statements for all group insurance policies.
  • Lead the annual Open Enrollment process, including documentation and communication to benefit-eligible employees.
  • Track employee eligibility outside of open enrollment.
  • Advise and inform employees of changes and developments related to benefits.
  • Track and monitor PTO.
  • Report and coordinate workers' compensation claims with third-party administrators.
  • Maintain the wage structure master spreadsheet for each location with high accuracy.
  • Create accurate wage offer sheets for new employees.
  • Monitor and manage quarterly eligibility for the 401(k) program.
  • Manage and process 401(k) contributions and loans.
  • Ensure completion of accurate reports necessary for benefits compliance audits.
  • Research and compare incentive compensation plans offered by demographically comparable organizations.
