Job Summary

We are seeking a Total Rewards and Benefits Manager to join our team at B&B Theatres. This role is responsible for managing and administering various employee benefit programs, including group health, ancillary benefits, 401k, and paid time off.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of employee benefits and compensation, as well as proficiency in Microsoft suite, including Outlook, TEAMS, and Excel. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field is required, along with a minimum of two years of work experience in benefits.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create accurate wage offer sheets for new employees, monitor and manage quarterly eligibility for the 401k program, and manage and process 401k contributions and loans.
  • Research and compare incentive compensation plans offered by demographically comparable organizations, assess competitors' plans, and make recommendations to executive leadership for enhancements or improvements.
  • Ensure the organization and plans comply with applicable provisions of COBRA, ADA, ACA, FMLA, HIPAA, and ERISA among others.
Salary Range and Benefits

We offer a salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401k matching.
