Job Description

We are seeking an Employee Benefits Coordinator to join our team at B&B Theatres. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration of various employee benefit programs, ensuring that employees have access to the information they need to make informed decisions about their benefits.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of employee benefits and compensation, as well as excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer various employee benefits programs, including group health, 401(k), and paid time off.
  • Conduct benefits orientations and explain the benefits self-enrollment system.
  • Create and implement methods to help employees understand company benefits and other related incentive programs.
  • Verify the calculation of monthly premium statements for all group insurance policies.
  • Lead the annual Open Enrollment process, including documentation and communication to benefit-eligible employees.
  • Track employee eligibility outside of open enrollment.
  • Advise and inform employees of changes and developments related to benefits.
  • Track and monitor PTO.
  • Report and coordinate workers' compensation claims with third-party administrators.
