Job Description

The Benefits and Incentives Coordinator is a critical role within our HR team at B&B Theatres. This position is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per yearKey Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain benefit plans, including salary structures and incentive programs.
  • Conduct benefits orientations and explain the self-enrollment system.
  • Create methods to help employees understand company benefits and other related incentives.
  • Track employee eligibility and benefits enrollment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in benefits administration.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
