Before-School Program Facilitator

We collaborate closely with schools to provide enriching activities that foster learning, movement, and growth for kids in grades K-8.
The RoleWe're seeking a skilled and passionate Before-School Program Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for motivating elementary and middle school students through engaging social-emotional learning and enrichment activities, including STEAM and academic support. You'll lead lessons designed to increase excitement about learning, assist with homework completion, and ensure student safety during outdoor activities.
About YouWe're looking for someone who has experience working with elementary and/or middle school kids, understands and implements engaging lesson plans, and effectively supports kids' behavioral management needs. You'll be a positive role model, building kids' self-esteem and emotional wellness. If you're a team player, comfortable utilizing online platforms, and able to collaborate seamlessly with school administrators, parents, and fellow coaches, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements- Must be eligible to work in the United States, complete and pass a Live-Scan background check, and TB screening.
- 1-2 years of working experience in education, coaching, child development, or other child-focused experiences strongly preferred.
- Must have completed at least 48 college credits or successfully pass an Instructional Aide Exam.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Willing to follow COVID-19 protocols outlined by the school.
