Job Title: Before School/Lunch Program Facilitator

We are seeking a qualified Before School/Lunch Program Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will lead groups of students through structured games and activities based on our Elevo curriculum. You will engage students in sports, games, and other activities, while supporting their behavioral management needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead groups of students through structured games and activities based on the Elevo curriculum.
  • Engage students in sports, games, and other activities.
  • Support students' behavioral management needs.
  • Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and fellow coaches.
  • Lead outdoor lessons designed to increase excitement about learning.
  • Serve as a positive role model to students to build their self-esteem and emotional wellness.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with elementary and/or middle school kids.
  • Ability to manage groups of up to 20 students with minimal assistance.
  • Confident and approachable, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and take initiative when needed.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to follow COVID-19 protocols.
