Before-School Program Facilitator

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Before-School Program Facilitator to join our team at Elevo Learning. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for elementary and middle school students, promoting social-emotional learning, and supporting their academic growth.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of students.
- Lead activities that promote physical, mental, and academic well-being.
- Assist with homework completion and snack distribution.
- Effectively manage student behavior and ensure their safety during outdoor activities.
- Collaborate with staff and school administrators to ensure a seamless experience for students.
- 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, or child development.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and complete a Live-Scan background check.
- Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
