About the Role

Elevo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Facilitator to join our team. As a Program Facilitator, you will be responsible for leading groups of students through structured games and activities based on the Elevo curriculum. You will engage students in sports, games, and other activities, while also supporting their behavioral management needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead groups of students through structured games and activities based on the Elevo curriculum
  • Engage students in sports, games, and other activities
  • Support students' behavioral management needs
  • Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and fellow coaches
  • Lead outdoor lessons designed to increase excitement about learning
  • Serve as a positive role model to students to build their self-esteem and emotional wellness
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, child development, or other child-focused experiences
  • Ability to work with elementary and middle school students
  • Confidently manage groups of up to 20 students with minimal assistance
  • Ability to improvise, adapt, and take initiative when needed
  • Approachable, empathetic, patient, and able to build trust with kids
  • Present yourself as a confident leader and a positive role model
  • Ability to engage in physical activities with or without an accommodation
