Key Responsibilities
  • Program Delivery: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote social-emotional learning, STEAM education, and academic support.
  • Student Engagement: Motivate and inspire students to develop a love for learning, while fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Behavioral Management: Effectively manage student behavior, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with school administrators, parents, and fellow coaches to ensure seamless program implementation.
Requirements
  • Education: Must have completed at least 48 college credits or successfully pass an Instructional Aide Exam.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of working experience in education, coaching, child development, or other child-focused experiences.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a passion for working with children.
