Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Specialist to join our Compass Group USA team. As a Digital Specialist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that aligns with client requirements and follows video team standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Video Content Creation: Develop and produce engaging video content that meets client needs and adheres to video team standards.
  • Audio and Video Integration: Capture and integrate audio and video content into presentations, websites, and social media platforms.
  • Video Shoot Productions: Lead and assist video team with video and photo shoot productions, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
  • Asset Management: Organize and maintain all creative assets, ensuring clear labeling and easy access.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams across Compass Group USA to ensure video content effectively communicates key messages.
  • Project Management: Partner with sales teams to ensure video content meets their needs and lead video team in live video productions.
  • Content Innovation: Consistently present new and out-of-the-box ideas for video content.
Requirements
  • Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience in video shooting/creation/production.
  • Video Editing Skills: Well-versed in video editing using creative techniques.
  • Photography Skills: Experience taking photos, ideally with some understanding of sales/marketing.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects.
  • Creative Skills: Highly creative, engaged, and an eye for detail.
  • Software Proficiency: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite with an emphasis in Premiere, familiarity with DaVinci Resolve and Adobe After Effects is a plus.
  • Mac OS Familiarity: Familiarity with Mac OS is a plus.
  • Travel Requirements: Able to travel as necessary, expecting one to two travel shoots a month or as needed.
