Aviation Liaison Specialist

LS Technologies, a Tetra Tech Company, is seeking an experienced FAA Technology Liaison to join their team in Washington D.C. This role will involve coordinating and facilitating meetings, collecting and managing documentation, and developing briefings to support the FAA systemwide upgrade of its telecommunication infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating meetings and managing documentation to ensure project scope analysis is tracking planned objectives and schedules.
- Communicating with domestic and international partnerships, including Single European Sky ATM Research (SESAR) and Asian Pacific Region (APAC) SWIM Task Force.
- Supporting various engineering activities and artifacts associated with standards development, use case development, requirements analysis, application development efforts, testing, and deployment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- 10-15 years of related experience.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic and often competing priorities.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS).
- Experience with FAA standards.
- Experience with FAA Safety Risk Management activities.
Work Requirements:
- Work location: Washington D.C.
- Work Hours: Hybrid.
- Travel: 15%.
