Job Title: Rental Property Sales Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to promote vacant units, present properties to prospective clients, and close agreements for our portfolio of rental properties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leasing activities, including marketing vacant units, presenting properties in a persuasive manner, validating application information and references, and ensuring proper maintenance and regular inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote unoccupied units through various media and advertising techniques
  • Present apartments to prospective clients in a compelling way
  • Verify applicant credentials and reference checks
  • Maintain property condition and conduct periodic inspections

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a leasing consultant or sales professional
  • Familiarity with local leasing laws and regulations
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and sales strategies

Compensation:

$38.78 per hour (wages determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, skill set, and internal equity)
