What You Can Expect.

In this role, you will oversee the store, restaurant, and tire care operations at a Love's Travel Stop. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, shifting from the store to tire care and then to the restaurant as needed. Your responsibility will be to drive sales growth through effective merchandise execution, ensuring your teams are well-trained and delivering exceptional service to uphold our standard of "Clean Places, Friendly Faces."

  • Can you work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays?
  • Do you have 2 or more years of experience in retail, travel stop, or convenience store management?
  • Do you have 2 or more years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume exceeding $2 Million?
  • Do you have 2 or more years of experience interpreting budgets and P&L statements?
  • Do you have 2 or more years of experience supervising and training a team of 5-10 employees?
  • Do you possess a valid Driver's License?
  • Are you proficient with computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel?
