**Administrative Coordinator Opportunity**
Chicago Artists Coalition, a dynamic arts organization, is seeking an administrative coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and professional attitude, be comfortable working with students/parents, and have experience with administrative tasks, marketing, and customer service. Familiarity with Google Suite and social media platforms is a plus.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, registration, and communication with students and parents.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including social media and email marketing.
- Manage multiple calendars, including staff and student schedules.
- Perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain a tidy office and waiting area.
- Other administrative duties as assigned by the director.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with Google Suite and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and valid IL driver's license.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with marketing and advertising.
- Graphic design experience.
- Customer service experience in an academic setting.
