Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at TEKsystems. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical support to our HR and Internal Audit departments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Reception
    • Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel
    • Answering phone calls in a timely manner and routing them to the correct parties
  • Administrative Support
    • Providing administrative assistance to the HR and Internal Audit departments, including preparing PowerPoint presentations and assembling meeting materials
    • Maintaining calendars and coordinating messenger pick-ups and deliveries
  • Event Coordination
    • Coordinating catering orders and deliveries for office events
    • Confirming Certificates of Insurance for delivery companies
  • Facilities Support
    • Assisting the Facilities team with booking and reservations for large meeting and event spaces
    • Maintaining security by registering staff visitors and issuing visitor badges

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree required
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Bubbly personality and ability to work in a team environment
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Event planning and coordination experience
