Job Summary

Chicago Family Health Center Inc is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative assistance, including answering calls, managing voicemails, scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining supplies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders for project support and coordination.
  • Organize meetings, events, conference calls, and training sessions, including coordinating speakers and logistics.
  • Manage data reports for maintaining metrics and preparing documentation for presentations.
  • Support provider-related administrative functions and act as a liaison for effective communication.
  • Complete various administrative tasks as needed, including record-keeping and report compilation.
Requirements:
  • An associate's degree is required, with a preference for a BA in Business Administration.
  • At least three years of experience in a related healthcare setting, preferably in an administrative role.
