Responsibilities

  • Oversee the rental revenue strategy and its implementation for the regional portfolio of multifamily properties
  • Lead all revenue strategies within a designated portfolio, ensuring alignment with financial and business goals
  • Analyze property performance and assess marketing, pricing, and financial strategies
  • Become proficient in the Revenue Management Software application (RealPage) and associated business processes for pricing management and reporting
  • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Investments to ensure effective communication and execution of strategies
  • Collect, compile, and analyze market, economic, and capital trends along with other factors influencing portfolio and asset performance
  • Manage the availability of units by considering historical performance, seasonality, and current market data
  • Support new site implementations within the Revenue Management Software framework
  • Provide troubleshooting and administration of the Revenue Management System for all internal users
  • Prepare and update periodic reports for review and distribution to Senior Management
