Job Summary

The Corporate Director of Revenue Management is a strategic leader responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability across a portfolio of luxury boutique hotels. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room rates, occupancy, and revenue per available room (RevPAR)
  • Lead a team of revenue managers to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform pricing and revenue decisions
  • Collaborate with hotel owners, corporate leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on revenue goals and strategies
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure revenue growth and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including Marriott Revenue Management, Central Reservations Office, and STR
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in hospitality or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, with experience using revenue management systems and tools
