Job Summary
Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven In-House Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targeted net sales volume and revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor sales teams to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Promote and support the Hilton Grand Vacations brand and culture.
- Maintain a professional and personal image that upholds the company's standards of integrity, quality, and service to customers.
Requirements
- Proven track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience mentoring, coaching, or supervising team members.
- 2+ years' of proven front-to-back sales experience within timeshare sales.
- Prior experience closing sales or sales management experience.
