Job OverviewWe are seeking a creative, dynamic, and resourceful Clinical Manager to join our team at the Virginia Partnership for Gaming & Health (VPGH). This position is 50% FTE with potential for becoming 100% alongside project growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing curriculum and instruction for providers, building and maintaining community and private practice provider networks, and providing ongoing support to providers.
Responsibilities- Assist in planning and development of gambling education for providers, ensuring course materials and manuals are relevant to current treatment and recovery best practices.
- Maintain membership in local, state, and national provider associations to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
- Provide ongoing support to participating VPGH providers, including training and consultation services.
- Develop new provider networks and maintain relationships with already vetted community/provider agencies.
- Participate in community outreach and education initiatives.
- Understand principles of supervision and training to effectively manage and develop staff.
- Masters in Counseling and/or a related field.
- Licensed as an MH provider (LCSW, LPC, LMFC, etc).
- Demonstrated experience or high potential for fostering a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment or commitment to do so as a staff member at VCU.
This position offers a competitive salary, ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience.
