Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Processor- Corporate Filings to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate and Legal Services department, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing legal documents, completing data entry, and providing excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Complete data entry of client information with precision and speed
  • Fulfill customer orders with various jurisdictions in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent client service to internal and external clients
  • Electronic filing and retrieval of documents with ease and efficiency
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong comprehension and critical thinking skills to analyze complex documents
  • Superb organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Ability to navigate quickly across multiple systems with ease
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
  • Transactional or administrative experience reviewing and evaluating documents
  • Business to Business Customer Service Experience with a focus on problem-solving
  • Legal Compliance experience with knowledge of regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly
