Minimum Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Work Experience:
  • Prior experience in a clerical or records management role is beneficial but not essential
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment (e.g., filing cabinets, scanners)
Job Responsibilities:
  • Organize and file correspondence, documents, invoices, receipts, and other records in alphabetical or numerical order
  • Establish and uphold an efficient and systematic filing system
  • Retrieve and remove materials from files upon request
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of filed documents
  • Adhere to oral and written instructions for proper filing procedures
  • Assist in locating and retrieving files for team members
  • Handle confidential information with care and maintain data security
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
  • Capability to follow oral and written instructions precisely
  • Basic understanding of filing systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in using office equipment such as scanners and copiers
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with document management software
