Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Biometric Screening Specialist to join our team at Integrated Corporate Health. As a Biometric Screening Specialist, you will play a critical role in promoting health awareness and education at various client sites across the continental United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet participants and provide clear instructions for the screening process.
  • Obtain measurements of height, weight, and blood pressure using standardized equipment.
  • Perform fingerstick blood draws and operate the Cholestech LDX/CardioChek equipment with accuracy and minimal waste.
  • Assess lipid panel and glucose values from Cholestech LDX/CardioChek testing.
  • Ability to perform venipuncture blood draws within two attempts when required.
  • Accurately record participant screening data and perform basic data entry into our database program.
  • Assist in troubleshooting screening issues and setting up/breaking down biometric screening equipment.
  • Transport equipment to and from testing locations, which may involve stairs.
  • Respond to medical emergency situations, such as fainting, hypoglycemia, seizure, syncope, or cardiac arrest.
Requirements
  • Completion of a phlebotomy or medical assistant program.
  • Current phlebotomy and/or medical certification preferred or required according to State regulations.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Mobile Phlebotomist obtaining biometrics and performing venipuncture and/or fingerstick capillary draws at client sites.
  • Current CPR certification.
