**Job Summary**

As an Office Assistant at the State of New York, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team. This includes opening, sorting, and reviewing incoming mail, as well as distributing it to the appropriate staff members. You will also perform photocopying, printing, faxing, and basic filing and maintenance of documents and files. Additionally, you will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, and scan and index documents as needed.

**Requirements**
