Job Summary

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a skilled Refinishing Specialist to join our team. As a Refinishing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in restoring and refinishing various surfaces, including but not limited to floors, walls, furniture, and fixtures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect various surfaces to determine the extent of refinishing required
  • Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, and cleaning
  • Apply appropriate refinishing materials, such as paint, varnish, or stain, to achieve desired results
  • Repair any existing damage or imperfections
  • Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful completion of projects
  • Maintain accurate records of all work orders, materials, and time spent on each job on provided portal

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • General Liability Preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in refinishing
  • Proficient in refinishing techniques and materials
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Own tools and reliable transportation
  • Living in the US
