Meetings Coordinator

At Bostrom Corporation, we are seeking a Meetings Coordinator to support the planning and execution of meetings, events, and conferences for our client associations.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in event planning or a similar role, preferably within an association management or non-profit environment.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
About the JobJob OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can coordinate operational and logistical activities related to the production of assigned events.
- Collaborate with the Meetings Team and Account Executive to manage event-related projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for client meetings, including creating agendas, drafting minutes, and maintaining event specifications.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate speaker requirements, event materials, and post-meeting evaluations.
- Manage registration sites, issue attendance certificates, and reconcile attendance records.
- Serve as onsite support at meetings and assist with accreditation information.
- Perform receptionist duties as needed and handle additional administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, communications, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office products and proficiency in event management software and virtual meeting platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
