HRIS Applications Analyst

Position Overview
The HRIS Applications Analyst is responsible for managing tasks associated with the human resources information systems (HRIS) and will act as the administrator for the Learning Management System.
Key Responsibilities
In the role of HRIS Applications Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Offering functional and technical assistance for the organization's HRIS platform.
- Identifying technical solution options to resolve issues throughout the service request process.
- Tracking incoming service requests and incidents to determine appropriate resolutions.
- Managing service request backlogs and ensuring that open items are updated with ongoing efforts.
- Collaborating with various internal teams to investigate and propose system enhancements to improve learning processes.
- Maintaining comprehensive process documentation.
- Coordinating system upgrades and overseeing user acceptance testing for new features.
- Recognizing improvement opportunities to rectify errors and prevent future issues.
- Providing mentorship to junior team members and assisting them in managing significant incidents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with UKG systems, whether Pro or Dimensions.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting enterprise HR management systems such as Kronos, Taleo, or Workday.
- At least 3 years of experience working with SQL and Oracle databases.
- Over 2 years of experience in application development or programming.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles.
- Understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley IT Change management controls.
- Ability to adhere to change management protocols.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
