Job Description

The Logistics Analyst will possess strong quantitative skills and be highly detail oriented. They must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of prioritizing essential tasks and responsibilities.

The Logistics Analyst must:

Be Knowledgeable of Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and requirements. Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to monitor and improve Supply Chain performance. Control and track costs of logistics operations including freight, demurrage, and other logistics related costs. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Track and evaluate vendor performance. Assist with documentation for Customs auditsParticipate in special projects

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (concentration in logistics or finance is preferred) Supply Chain/Logistics experience preferred. Understanding of and experience with Customs and Trade Compliance ERP system experience (SAP preferred)Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Open to travel occasionally (up to 10%). Must have or be able to obtain a TWIC-card. What's on Offer
