Veterans Care Physician

We are seeking skilled Primary Care Physicians to join our team at the Department of Veteran Affairs in Los Angeles, California. As a PCP, you will lead patient-centered medical homes to provide longitudinal and preventative care to a panel of Veterans.
The ideal candidate will have superb communication skills, a track record of leading teams, a strong background in clinical excellence, and a commitment to improving Veteran health and well-being. Previous experience in teaching is preferred for clinics that are part of academic training programs.
Job Responsibilities- Lead patient-centered medical homes to provide longitudinal and preventative care to a panel of Veterans.
- Work collaboratively with nurses, social workers, integrated mental health providers, and pharmacists to deliver comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree in allopathic or osteopathic medicine.
- Must possess a current, full, and unrestricted license from any state or US territory.
- Must have completed residency in an accredited core specialty.
- Preferred minimum of 5 years of practice, but not required.
- Must be Board Certified.
We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $270,000 per year, plus up to $15,000 annual performance-based award. Additional benefits include:
