Mental Health Specialist

Chrysalis Center Inc is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our team. As a Mental Health Specialist, you will work closely with clients to address mental health and emotional barriers impacting their employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide short-term counseling services to assist clients in overcoming dependencies and adjusting to life changes.
- Counsel clients individually to support them in managing mental health challenges and improving overall well-being.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical expertise.
- Act as a client advocate to coordinate necessary support services and referrals.
- Collaborate with staff to review case files and provide clinical support and quality assurance.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in psychology, social work, or counseling required.
- Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or equivalent required.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus, but not required.
- Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
Compensation:
$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
