Research & Insights Manager

Our experiential arm, Gallery Houses, combines social content, creators, and cultural moments at scale, while our influencer marketing business drives results.

The Research & Insights Manager plays a critical role in leading research initiatives and creating materials that inform client relationships and drive business growth.

This individual will conduct in-depth audience and market research, as well as campaign and competitive analysis, to inform larger business decisions, content strategies, and product development.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and lead research initiatives that support the Brand Strategy and Sales teams, informing internal decision-making, product offerings, and sales pitches.
  2. Gain a deep understanding of our GMG brand audiences, including demographics, psychographics, and media consumption habits.
  3. Use social listening data to inform learnings on topics such as brand affinity, audiences, and trends.
  4. Conduct research that provides strategic and reliable insights in response to single RFPs and larger business opportunities.
  5. Complete customized research requests to extract meaningful insights and creatively tell a story through statistics.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external data and research partners while consistently evaluating potential new data and research partners.
  7. Become the expert on GMG measurement offerings and continue to evolve our offerings to support the needs of our campaigns and client partners.
  8. Collaborate closely with sales, brand strategy, and account management teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in market research, statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of research and analytics experience, preferably in the digital media industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights and to tell a story through data.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Strong skills working in Google Slides, Keynote, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, including audience storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Experience with digital analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics.
