At The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, we are committed to advancing pediatric care and your career. We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Program Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The Clinical Research Program Manager will provide senior oversight and management of the research program and projects within the Chan Lab. This includes a broad range of initiatives, such as multi-country clinical trials, epidemiologic cohort studies, and innovations in technology and data science.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee research grants, personnel, trainees, and laboratory operations
  • Manage regulatory submissions and oversight of Data Use Agreements, Material Transfer Agreements, and other Agreements
  • Develop, review, and update program policies and procedures as needed
  • Collaborate with research and other hospital staff to carry out the needs of the research project(s)
  • Track regulatory compliance of CHOP and other sites
  • Oversee financial resources and create internal and external budgets for research protocols
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • At least five (5) years of relevant & complex research experience Required
  • At least seven (7) years of relevant & complex research experience Preferred
  • At least one (1) year of leadership, management or supervisory experience Required
  • At least three (3) years of leadership, management or supervisory experience in a clinical research or academic environment Preferred
