Job Overview

Heartland Consulting is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Williston, Vermont. As a key member of our Contact Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and responding to inbound calls, emails, and web tips in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving issues and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Utilizing telephony systems, CRM, and other ticket tracker systems to manage customer interactions and track issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate information to customers

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three (3) years of specialized experience in a Contact Center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
