Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our clinical team at King of Prussia Nursing&Rehab in King of Prussia, PA. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop effective care plans.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
  • Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented.
  • Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • A graduate of an approved school of nursing with current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
  • CPR certification and one to three years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in a related setting.
