Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Behavior Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing clinical supervision to our team of therapists.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
- Provide clinical supervision to our team of therapists, ensuring that they have the support and guidance they need to deliver high-quality care.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and ensure that our clients are making progress towards their goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with our clients, their families, and our community partners to ensure that our services are meeting their needs.
- BACB Certification in good standing.
- Behavior Specialist License is required.
- Master's Degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field and one (1) year documented paid experience working with children, adolescents or youth.
- Master's Degree in Social Work provided that the applicant has their LSW in good standing.
- Valid driver's license is required as well as willingness to travel as needed.
- One (1) year of paid experience working with children or adolescents (preferred).
- Competitive hourly rate of $51-$60 per hour.
