- Minimum 3 years of recent administrative experience in an office environment; HR experience preferred
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a professional demeanor
- High standard of integrity and discretion when handling confidential matters
- Customer service skills, including managing diverse customer situations
- Familiarity with Company operational guidelines, practices, and culture
- Ability to build relationships across the organization and serve as a trusted expert
- Prioritization and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Grasp of the organization's high-level overview to make confident decisions
This position requires a high school diploma or GED; additional administrative, computer, or business-related classes are beneficial.
The starting wage is dependent on experience.
