About the Role:
As a member of the Conagra Brands team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development across our Gluten Free portfolio. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our Customer Sales and Brand Marketing teams to lead annual plan management and strategy for assigned brands. Your primary focus will be on developing prioritized sales goals and programs, translating these into actionable plans for field sales execution. You will also be responsible for coordinating with Brand to ensure plans align with long-range goals, communicating insights and category growth strategies to the field, and establishing collaborative relationships with customer and sales teams. You will lead the field in delivering annual volume, trade, and profit plans for your assigned brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Your Impact:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advocating and representing the customer point of view internally. You will serve customer teams by securing internal agreement on efforts to succeed with customers and accomplish brand strategies. You will provide Brand teams with the voice of the customer and integrate brand strategies into customer business plans. Additionally, you will set the agenda, managing brand-specific agendas and prioritizing programs. You will assist in developing customer-level distribution and merchandising targets, with supporting insights and merchandising activation plans for each important initiative. You will partner with Field Sales to achieve brand merchandising, assortment, pricing, and shelving (MAPS) goals.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and prioritize sales goals and programs for field sales execution
* Coordinate with Brand to ensure plans align with long-range goals
* Communicate insights and category growth strategies to the field
* Establish collaborative relationships with customer and sales teams

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 2+ years of CPG sales or related experience in trade marketing, sales strategy, or business development
* Experience managing strategic and tactical trade plans
* Experience with trade spending principles
* Experience managing a pillar strategic vision
* P&L management exposure
* Involvement with customer annual planning process
* Financial acumen
* Experience with retailer practices
