About the Role:
Sasha Bruce Youthwork Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support both our People Team and Operations Team in their efforts to end youth homelessness. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our administrative functions, including onboarding new hires, administering employee benefits, and providing excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you are a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is accurately completed and submitted
- Verify the completeness of new hire paperwork, including employment contracts, tax forms, and benefit enrollment
- Assist with new hire orientations, highlighting company policies, code of conduct, and compliance expectations
- Administer HR programs, including performance evaluations and benefits enrollment
- Prepare documentation as required for funders to document compliance with all requirements
- Review benefit invoices and submit to Finance
- Assist in annual employee clearance renewal process; follow up with staff, file documents, prepare reports
- Generate actionable HR reports and compile data on staffing, turnover, background checks, clearances, compliance metrics, and other People Operations metrics
