Position: Recruitment and Resources Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to take on the role of Recruitment and Resources Specialist. This position is essential in managing and advancing the foster care recruitment initiatives within a designated area. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating and executing a targeted recruitment strategy to attract foster families.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement a comprehensive foster care recruitment program tailored to local community needs.
- Foster relationships with current and prospective foster parents to enhance support and engagement.
- Assess and identify resource requirements within the community to improve service delivery.
- Provide translation and interpretation services for Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring clear communication regarding available services.
- Collaborate with the Office of Contract Administration to establish contracts addressing unmet service needs.
- Assist casework staff with complex service cases, offering professional guidance and resource development.
- Compile and analyze data to generate reports that inform recruitment strategies and resource allocation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of foster care program data and its implications for regional and statewide improvements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned that align with the responsibilities outlined above.
- A master's degree or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in community organization, social services, or program planning.
- Proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken, at a conversational level.
- Successful completion of a background check is required.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed are mandatory.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard business hours.
