Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Concord Hospitality. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues related to room availability.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of information to guests.
- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and adhering to hotel standards.
- Monitor and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
