About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Market Manager to join our team at Main Street Health. As a Clinical Market Manager, you will play a critical role in leading our Health Navigators in rural markets, developing relationships with partner clinics, and driving operational and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Health Navigators in Rural Markets: Serve as a manager for our Health Navigators in rural markets, providing guidance, support, and oversight to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with partner clinic administrators, providers, and staff to address questions, concerns, and opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Recruit, Train, and Manage Health Navigators: Partner with Market and Regional Leaders to hire, train, and manage a team of Health Navigators, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Design and Execute Healthcare Education and Training: Develop and deliver healthcare education and professional development trainings for Health Navigators, focusing on topics such as patient engagement, health literacy, and cultural competence.
  • Establish Communication Pathways: Create clear and efficient communication pathways between Health Navigators and the central office, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing.
  • Track and Analyze Operational and Clinical Data: Monitor and analyze operational and clinical data and key performance indicators, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot Operational and Clinical Challenges: Troubleshoot operational and clinical challenges, providing support and guidance to Health Navigators and partner clinics as needed.
  • Contribute to Process Improvement Efforts: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing operational outcomes and patient care.
  • Visit Partner Clinics: Regularly visit partner clinics to meet with Health Navigators, check-in with key stakeholders, and assess the effectiveness of our programs and services.
Requirements

  • Excellent Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, with a focus on developing and empowering staff to achieve their full potential.
  • Clinical Experience: Possess clinical experience working with patients and medical professionals, with a strong understanding of healthcare operations and clinical best practices.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate superior problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Show a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances, priorities, and deadlines, with a flexible and collaborative approach to work.
  • Self-Starter with a Remote Work Environment: Be a self-motivated and disciplined individual who can thrive in a remote work environment, with minimal supervision and guidance.
  • Education and Certifications: Hold a bachelor's degree and possess a clinical license (Nursing or Social Work) or equivalent experience.
